Wilson Bridge Project Absolved

Yes, my friends. Time to get more local, it's onto the Wilson Bridge project. Yes, the triumph of interstate cooperation, a magnificent accomplishment unless you were one of the 160 owners of homes flooded by evil minions at the Bridge Construction project. My bridge has been absolved of guilt in the flooding supposedly caused by the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

Of course, we are in the midst of denial and deflection. It always helps when you conduct an "independent study" about work executed by yourself. Nevermind that you are the government body that actually is constructing the bridge in question.
